Our customers always ask us how long it takes to create a project, since they need to calculate time for the project, repair work, furniture production and understand when this joyful moment, housewarming, will come.

First of all, you should understand that the project of an average apartment of 60-100 sq.m. is NOT created in a week and not even in two ones. It is a process that consists of several consecutive stages, and without thorough thinking and approving one of them, it is impossible to proceed to the next one.
On average, it takes 2.5-3 months to develop a project for an apartment of 60-100 sq.m. Sometimes this time can be extended to 4-5 months.
So, on average, it takes 2.5-3 months to develop a project for an apartment of 60-100 sq.m. Sometimes this time can be extended to 4-5 months. Why? Let us take the stage of creating planning solutions as an example. We need 7 working days for that. During this time we go through dozens of options for furniture arrangement and premises layout and give you 2-3 best variants. In an ideal world you would choose one of them and we would start a sketching stage. But more often a customer likes something from the first option, something from the second one and something was coolly made at their neighbour's. In such a case, it will take a couple more days to develop a new version. If you decide to take some time to think (someone needs 2 days but someone else – a week), add this time to the terms announced earlier.

Would you like to get your dream design project on time?
Here are some tips:

As soon as you have an opportunity to get into the apartment, invite the designer to take measurements and start project preparation immediately.
If the house has been already built, then it is possible even if you do not have any keys yet. Agree on a day and time with the sales department or the construction foreman – it is real.
Having started working on a design project, do not delay decisions.
The thing is, the process stops while we are waiting for your feedback in order to continue our work.
Be partners with the designer, but not people who are arguing all the time and cannot come to a common ground.
In order to prevent such a situation, choose a designer based on their portfolio but not on the lowest price. It is necessary to choose a studio or a designer who will be on the same wavelength with you. Take this issue seriously.
