DESIGN PROJECT OF AN APARTMENT 78 m 2

The project of a 2-room apartment with a kitchen-studio was created for a family with two young boys. This is a dream apartment project, so many interesting elements have been implemented in it.

Walls remodeling

The partitions were changed in a special way, to form alcoves for wardrobes and cupboards, as well as create illusion of even walls. In the bedroom the exit to the balcony was expanded, the window structure was replaced with a large glass sliding door.

Task

The style is eclectic, a combination of classics and Scandinavian style. The use of white and gray shades with noble blue and green. The children's room is compact and comfortable for both children of different ages. A large corner kitchen with a large work area.

Planning wishes

Visually increase the space of the kitchen-studio, turn the balcony into a study room, design as many places to store things as possible but they must be invisible to the naked eye.

Interesting interior details

Decorative plaster, imitating concrete, is used in the bedroom and on the ceiling of the kitchen. It creates an unusual contrasting effect due to combination with classical elements. Parquet board "French Christmas tree" is made in large non-standard size.
